Japan says North Korea ballistic rocket dispatch compromises harmony

SEOUL/TOKYO (Reuters) - North Korea dispatched two ballistic rockets into the ocean close to Japan on Thursday, Japan's leader said, fuelling strains in front of the Tokyo Olympics and sloping up tension on the new Biden organization in Washington.
